1.1 WELCOME AND AGREEMENT

This website provides professional audio mixing services and educational digital resources, including my music recording ebook. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website, Google Site platform, and any purchases made for my online audio mixing services or digital ebook products. Throughout these Terms, the phrases "I," "me," "my," or "the mixer" refer to me, Harry Quinn, operating as a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By browsing this website, booking a mixing slot, or purchasing my digital goods via Payhip, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using this website and my services immediately.

1.2 ELIGIBILITY AND GLOBAL USE

My services and digital products are available to creators, musicians, and clients globally. By entering into an agreement with me, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/legal guardian consent to book my services) and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contractual agreement.

1.3 MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

I reserve the right to update, alter, or replace any part of these Terms at my sole discretion to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to my website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes binding acceptance of those modifications.

2.1 PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Full payment is required upfront to secure your mixing slot. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to our upload submission form landing page to submit your stems/tracks.

2.2 FILE REQUIREMENTS

Please ensure all stems/tracks are exported as 32-bit or 24-bit WAV or AIFF files, clearly labelled, and synced from the start of the session (Time Zero). We are not responsible for timing issues or project delays caused by incorrectly exported or unorganized files. If your files require extensive manual alignment or cleaning before mixing can begin, an additional preparation fee may apply.

2.3 TURNAROUND TIME & DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Standard delivery is 3 business days from the date all correct, valid stems/tracks are received and verified by the mixer. Deliveries are made via a secure digital download link. Turnaround times may be extended during peak periods or holidays, which will be communicated to the client upon file receipt.

2.4 REVISIONS

Your purchase includes 3 rounds of revisions. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the initial mix draft; if no feedback is received within this window, the mix will be deemed accepted and the project finalized. Additional rounds of revisions or major structural arrangement changes requested after mixing has begun will incur a fee of £30.00 per round. To ensure efficiency, please provide a single, consolidated list of notes per revision round.

2.5 ABANDONED PROJECTS & CLIENT INACTIVITY

If a client pays for a mixing slot but fails to submit technically acceptable stems/tracks, or ceases communication for more than 30 consecutive days during the project or revision phase, the project will be classified as "Abandoned." Abandoned projects are closed, any fees paid are forfeited to cover reserved studio time, and work will not resume without a flat project reactivation fee of £30.00 per track to re-allocate engineering time.

3.1 DIGITAL DELIVERY & FULFILMENT

All ebook and digital download purchases are hosted and distributed via our third-party checkout partner, Payhip. Upon successful payment clearance via Stripe, you will receive an automated email from Payhip containing an instantaneous, secure download link to access your files. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide a valid, correctly spelled email address at checkout to ensure delivery.

3.2 PERMITTED USE & SINGLE-USER LICENSE

When you purchase an ebook or digital asset from this website, you are not buying the intellectual property itself. Instead, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, single-user license for personal and educational use only.

3.3 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ANTI-PIRACY RESTRICTIONS

All text, graphics, methodologies, audio examples, and contents within our digital products are the sole intellectual property of the author. You strictly agree that you will not:

• Copy, alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the ebook content.

• Share, redistribute, resell, rent, or lease the digital files to any third party.

• Upload the files to public file-sharing networks, torrent sites, or shared cloud drives.

• Utilize the text or assets contained within the digital goods for the purpose of training machine learning or Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

3.4 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS & FILE COMPATIBILITY

Digital assets are typically delivered in standard industry formats (such as PDF or ePub). The client is solely responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary hardware, software, and technical compatibility (such as an ebook reader or PDF viewer) to open and utilize the files. Failure to open a file due to local software incompatibility does not constitute grounds for an exception to our global refund policy.

4.1 PAYMENT PROCESSING

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By purchasing our services or digital products, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, your bank or card issuer will handle the currency conversion at their prevailing exchange rate.

4.2 TAX & VAT NOTICE

• For Audio Mixing Services: Prices listed for mixing services are gross prices. We are not currently registered for VAT in the UK, and no VAT or sales tax is added to your mixing service price at checkout.

• For Ebooks & Digital Downloads: Ebook sales are handled via our third-party platform, Payhip. Depending on your global location (including the UK and European Union), local Digital VAT or sales tax may be automatically calculated and added to the baseline product price at checkout as required by applicable cross-border tax laws.

4.3 MIXING SERVICE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Because audio mixing requires a dedicated allocation of professional engineering time, refunds are strictly determined by the current progress stage of the project. Please note that all eligible refunds are issued net of Stripe’s non-refundable payment processing fees. By booking a mixing service, you agree to the following tiered refund structure:

• 100% Refund (Less Processing Fees): Available if requested before any stems or tracks are uploaded, or if the raw stems/tracks provided are determined by the mixer to be of technically insufficient quality to complete the project. The final amount returned to you will be the full project fee minus the original payment processing fees retained by Stripe.

• 75% Refund: Available if a cancellation is requested after files have been uploaded but before any mixing work has actively begun. The remaining 25% is retained as an Admin Fee to cover project setup, file organization, and booking administration. (Any refund issued will be calculated from the remaining balance after Stripe processing fees are deducted).

• 50% Refund: Available if you choose not to proceed with the project after the first mix pass is delivered. The remaining 50% is retained as a Service Fee to cover the professional engineering time and labor already invested in your track.

• No Refunds: Once the revision process has actively commenced (meaning you have requested changes based on the first mix pass) or the final mix files are delivered, the service is considered fully rendered and payments are strictly non-refundable.

4.4 EBOOK & DIGITAL GOODS REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of the ebook, all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable. By purchasing and downloading the ebook via Payhip, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the content and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation or cooling-off period under applicable consumer protection laws.

5.1 PRIVACY AND DATA

We maintain a strict policy regarding client data. All uploaded audio files are used solely for the purpose of providing mixing services. We do not claim any ownership of your work, nor do we permit the use of your files for AI training, data mining, or third-party distribution.

5.2 COPYRIGHT WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY

The client warrants that all audio files, samples, lyrics and compositions provided to the mixer for the project are either owned by the client or have been legally licensed for use. The mixer shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement resulting from the client's failure to secure necessary clearances. The client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the mixer harmless from any and all claims, damages or legal fees from a breach of this warranty.

5.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total amount paid for the project is the maximum amount the mixer shall be liable for in case of any dispute. This does not affect your local statutory rights as a consumer, nor does it exclude liability that cannot be limited by law.

6.1 JURISDICTION AND LAW

These Terms, your relationship with me as a client or buyer, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with my mixing services or digital products shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

6.2 DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROTOCOL

In the event of a disagreement, booking dispute, or dissatisfaction with a project, you agree to contact me directly via email to attempt to resolve the issue amicably in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings or payment chargebacks through Stripe, Payhip, or your banking institution. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, any legal proceedings must be handled exclusively within the courts of the United Kingdom.

7.1 SEVERABILITY

If any provision or sub-clause of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that specific provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

7.2 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, alongside the checkout parameters enforced by Payhip and Stripe at the time of purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and me regarding your use of this website, my mixing services, and my ebook. It supersedes any prior verbal agreements, emails, Instagram DMs, or old written arrangements.

• Identity & Contact Data: Full legal name, email address, and billing address provided voluntarily during the checkout process or via website submission forms.

• Transaction Data: Financial details regarding payments processed securely on my behalf by third-party merchant gateways.

• Project Assets: Audio files, stems, session notes, and creative materials uploaded for the fulfillment of mixing services.

2. HOW YOUR DATA IS USED

In accordance with UK data privacy laws, your personal information is processed only when a valid legal basis exists. Your data is utilised for the following purposes:

• Contractual Fulfillment: To process transactions, deliver digital goods, and execute commissioned audio mixing services.

• Client Relations: To facilitate direct communication, respond to inquiries, and provide updates on active audio projects.

• Statutory Obligations: To retain accurate financial transactions and invoice records as required under United Kingdom tax law.

3. THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS (HOW DATA IS STORED)

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. To run my digital storefront, I share essential data with trusted, secure industry processors who comply with global data security standards:

• Payment & Storefront Processing: Stripe and Payhip handle your credit card data and payment vaulting securely. I never see or store your raw financial details.

• File Storage & Delivery: Cloud platforms used to receive your audio stems or deliver final mixes (such as Google Drive or Dropbox).

4. COOKIES AND ANALYTICS

This website is hosted on Google Sites. Basic, essential cookies may be used by the platform to ensure the website loads properly and functions securely. I do not use invasive third-party tracking pixels or behavioral advertising networks.

5. YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Under UK data protection law, you have rights including the right to access the personal data I hold about you, the right to ask me to rectify incorrect information, or the right to request that I delete your personal data (except where I am legally required to keep it for UK tax reporting purposes).
